Returns & Repairs
If, upon receipt of the skin, you discover what you reasonably believe to be a defect in the materials and workmanship of the self-adhesive ski skins, you must immediately cease all use of the product and return it to the place of purchase.
If your POMOCA ski skin needs to be repaired or re-glued, you can contact the nearest official service center, which you can find by clicking here.

Upon receipt of the POMOCARE form, our team will be happy to support you and evaluate the issue in accordance with our warranty policy, (which you can consult in point 5 of our user guide). The appropriate documents will be sent to you to facilitate your return/repair.

All skins we manufacture are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
POMOCA guarantees to the original retail buyer that the product conforms to the specifications listed in the instruction manual. Should the buyer discover a hidden defect, he is required to return the product to the address of purchase. The product will then be repaired or exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
We do not warrant products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accidents or use of the product for purposes for which it was not intended/designed.
